THREE (3) Coins Only - Delaware, New Jersey and Georgia

These are the three 2019 San Francisco Mint American Innovation Dollars.  The Delaware, New Jersey and Georgia coins are graded PF70 Ultra Cameo by NGC.  The entire set is NGC certified with the exclusive First Day of Release designation and the American Innovation Gears label. First Day of Release is an exclusive label and designation that only I can use!!! This is the debut coin set and there is no better way to start it. It has the same qualifications as First Day of Issue but is even rarer.

IMPORTANCE

These are the Proof coins for the first four states in the American Innovation Series.  The obverse design features a dramatic representation of the Statue of Liberty in profile with the inscriptions “IN GOD WE TRUST” and “$1.” The design also includes a privy mark of a stylized gear, representing industry and innovation.

The edge-incused inscriptions are “2019,” “S” mint mark, and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”

2019 $1 Coin Reverse Designs

Delaware PF70 Ultra Cameo
The Delaware $1 Coin recognizes astronomer Annie Jump Cannon, who developed a system for classifying the stars that is still used today. This design features a silhouette of Cannon against the night sky, with a number of stars visible. The inscriptions are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “ANNIE JUMP CANNON,” “CLASSIFYING THE STARS,” and “DELAWARE.”

New Jersey PF70 Ultra Cameo
The New Jersey $1 Coin honors the development of a light bulb with a filament that could last 1,200 hours. This design features an Edison bulb against an ornate background. The inscriptions are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “NEW JERSEY.”

Georgia PF70 Ultra Cameo
The Georgia $1 Coin recognizes the Trustees’ Garden, established in the 1730s. It was the first agricultural experimental garden in America. This design depicts a hand planting seeds in the inscription “TRUSTEES’ GARDEN,” from which grows a variety of species representing the variety of plants grown in the garden: an orange tree seedling, sassafras, grapes, white mulberry, flax, peaches, olive, and a young shoot too small to be identified. The additional inscriptions are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “GEORGIA.”

MIKE’S TAKE:

Second US US coin with a privy mark (2009 Platinum coin had an eagle privy mark).  First Day of Release designation. Here's the skinny...I graded 1500 sets direct fist day from the Mint and only got one Pennsylvania 70.  The Pennsylvania design makes it nearly impossible to grade perfectly. In fact well less than half grade PF69. This set gets you three of the coins in perfect 70 at an affordable price.
